Wholesome Multigrain Roti
A Little More Variety on Your Plate: Multigrain Roti
A delicious way to bring different grains into your everyday meals.
Indian kitchens have always celebrated the variety of grains grown across the country. Multigrain flour brings this idea into one everyday favourite — roti.
Made with a blend of grains, multigrain atta offers a distinctive taste and texture that pairs beautifully with dals, vegetables, and homemade curries. It is a simple way to explore more grain varieties while keeping familiar meals at the heart of your routine.
Ashwyo Organics Multigrain Atta brings this grain-inspired approach to your kitchen, making everyday meals feel both comforting and thoughtfully prepared.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ashwyo Organics Multigrain Atta
- Water, added gradually as needed
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- Dry flour for rolling, if needed
Method
- Place the multigrain atta in a bowl and add salt, if desired.
- Gradually add water and mix until a dough begins to form.
- Knead gently until the dough comes together. Cover and rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Divide into small balls and roll carefully. If the dough feels delicate, keep the rotis slightly thicker.
- Cook on a hot tawa, turning until both sides are cooked and lightly browned.
Enjoy warm with dal, seasonal vegetables, or a bowl of curd.
Ashwyo tip: Multigrain flour blends can absorb water differently, so add it gradually and adjust the quantity to suit your flour.
